About This Project
Started as FutureFund, a goal-based college-savings fintech, and pivoted in April 2026 to Grovefund: a nonprofit model where families and brand sponsors contribute to children's education funds with tax-deductible receipts. Ships a full donor and parent surface — public fund pages, express donate presets, Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal, HMAC-signed permanent receipts with IRS disclosure, annual giving statements, magic-link auth, and a sponsor application flow for corporate CSR cohorts. Went through a fintech-grade hardening pass documented in the repo: Stripe-style idempotency keys, atomic Postgres token-bucket rate limiting, an at-least-once email outbox drained by Vercel Cron, PII-masked logging, soft deletes, and database CHECK constraints as a backstop. 61 commits.
