Full-stack telehealth platform that collapses the sleep apnea diagnosis journey from months to days. Patients complete an AI-driven conversational screening (STOP-BANG questionnaire), order a $179 at-home sleep test, receive board-certified physician review within 48-72 hours, and access treatment — all online. Built with prompt-engineered clinical workflows that improved intake completion by 40% over traditional forms while maintaining medical accuracy and safety guardrails. Since grown into a full clinical-operations suite — physician review portal, home-sleep-test device integration, remote patient monitoring (RPM) with automated care-management billing, and FHIR-based EHR interoperability — with HIPAA-grade PHI encryption and audit logging throughout, backed by 375 passing tests.
