About This Project
Sister concept to Thai Health Tourism Macro, aimed at the patient rather than the hospital. An Anglo patient flying to Thailand for elective surgery buys a flat-fee package ($4,500 / $7,500 / $9,500) that puts a US- or UK-board-certified physician on their side of the table: admission advocacy, mandatory second reads, attending rounds, and daily video check-ins during the in-country portion of the trip. Deliverables so far: three landing-page iterations designed for a 62-year-old prospect on an iPhone, a qualification flow, an outreach package and email templates, and a ten-document business package (executive summary, market analysis, brand, GTM, pitch outline, one-pager, investor FAQ, MD term sheet, business plan, financial model). Phase 0, pre-revenue, no physician signed.
